About eight years ago, I made a vision board and casually glued on a picture of a shiny red Mazda Miata cruising through the hills. I had owned one years before and loved it, but a new one was just a “someday” idea. I didn’t even want red — it was just the photo I found. Fast forward, I’m driving through Spearfish and there it is: a shiny red Miata out front of a dealership. Low miles. Low price. One owner. I bought it. Today, I’m literally zooming through the hills in the exact car I once cut out and pasted on a board. Coincidence? Maybe. But when you give your brain a clear vision, it starts looking for it.
