Tracy Island created The Calming Wave Wellness Center in response to a need: a space where healing can occur without pressure, where spiritual and holistic practices are accessible, and where both clients and practitioners can feel supported.

Tracy Island is a certified hypnotherapist, an intuitive, and the heart behind Calming Wave. She is a 5-PATH® Certified Hypnotist, a 7th Path Self-Hypnosis Instructor, and a board-certified member of the National Guild of Hypnotists.

With a background in subconscious transformation and deep emotional work, Tracy specializes in helping clients release limiting beliefs, trauma patterns, and emotional stress through gentle yet powerful hypnosis sessions. Her approach is intuitive, client-led, and grounded in compassion.

When Tracy opened Calming Wave, her intention was clear: to build a space that wasn’t just about services, but about healing together—through connection, education, shared growth, and holding space for one another.
